5 star? More like 2 star I booked a Full Valet after reading the positive reviews, and it was very easy to arrange online. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, and I want to share what happened so others can make an informed choice. My car (Audi A1) was already pretty clean as I’d just bought it from a garage who had given it a standard clean — it just needed a proper deep clean as the Full Valet promised. Instead, several areas were missed or not done properly: the driver’s mat/footwell still looked dirty and barely different to before, there were smears and smudges left on the paintwork, and the boot trim around the rear lights was still dirty (I wiped this off easily myself the next day). Inside, the plastic door pockets and seat runner areas were also left uncleaned. The operator made it clear he was finished when I mentioned some of the things and wouldn’t let me inside as he said it was too wet. The seats were still damp the next day, and the car smells musty rather than fresh. The reviews on their website aren’t independent either - they have to approve any that get published on there which I realised when I tried to post a review. I paid £100 for the Full Valet and honestly don’t think it was worth even half that. I wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t use them again.

Fantastic service. Marchello has made me a happy man. Had lots of swirls on my 5 month old car. ( never use waterless cleaners). All swirls gone and the ceramic coating has made it look better than new. I can't recommend 5star enough. Thank you

Great customer service - I had a minor issue and they sorted it out without any fuss. To me, that is a rare thing these days and I really appreciate it. The guys that come have everything they need on the van so you don’t even need to have a water supply or power. On both occasions it was hammering with rain and they still managed to do the job. Recommended highly.

Unfortunately after being referred to 5 star the quality of finish was far from 5 stars. The list of services offered on the full valet never actually happened, I had a quick check when they finished but after jumping into the car an hour after they left I realised they didn’t shampoo the seats, the dash still had bits of dirt in the gaps and down the sides of the seats hadn’t been hoovered and parts of the dash still had dust on where it hadn’t been wiped. The level of service was on par with a drive thru car wash but almost 5 times more expensive. I raised a complaint to get the issues resolved and they booked me in for a week later but then cancelled the day before, the reply asking them to refund me as the car will no longer be available due to going back to work has been ignored, dispute now raised with credit card to reverse the payment. Please avoid!!! There are better companies in town that have better customer service

Update: I can not rate this service low enough. Absolutely awful. How is this such a big company? Finally used the service as cheapest around for a full valet including polish. I'm sure they do a good weekly wash, however they did not polish or cut the paint on my car and left it with dirt, stains, oil, swirls and marks. Absolute waste of time and money. Original: After an email conversation everything looked good so I asked if they would also do my Mercedes with the Renault, they wanted to charge me almost double for the Mercedes alone when it's the same size, paint, place, same everything! You would think they would do a discount for the most expensive three services they provide on two cars (totaling over a thousand pounds) but instead just because a Mercedes is apparantly 'more expensive' of a vehicle they want to charge more, then just stopped replying. Incredibly unprofessional and won't trust with my cars if they can't even handle emails first.
