What a lovely experience. Chris came today to clean my car after it had grown mould throughout the interior. I had approached several other companies who hadn't even returned my call. Chris was able to answer all my questions promptly and with great knowledge. He arrived on time and was very pleasant to deal with. The end result was an immaculate car and a very happy customer . I recently had my car fully detailed by Chris, and I’m genuinely blown away by the results. He brought it back to basically brand new condition — the paintwork, interior, and every little detail looked absolutely immaculate. What impressed me just as much was his professionalism and consideration. He made a real effort to work quietly because someone in the house was on night shifts and sleeping, which shows the level of respect and care he has for his customers. You can tell he takes real pride in his work, and the end result speaks for itself. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone who wants their car looking its absolute best. Fantastic job all round.

Chris re-invigorated my 9 year old Bentley Cabriolet with a whole day 'Machine Polish' followed by a day of Ceramic Coating the bodywork and coating the hood with a waterproof nano-particle product to protect against the elements and give long lasting protection. The transformation is astonishing and the car is now showroom quality. The work was done at my home and all at a reasonable price. I could not be happier at the quality of the work. Chris will now be looking after my Bentley long term.

I had an excellent experience with Bay Detailing. They cleaned dog sick out of my Volvo XC60 and did an outstanding job. The technician was extremely professional, thorough, and took real care in making sure everything was spotless and fresh. The car looks and smells like new again. Highly recommend their service!

This was the second time of calling Chris in, having already ceramic coated my wheels previously. This time was a full one stage paint correction with 5 year ceramic coating. Chris worked all day on the car and polished out probably 95% of the swirls and imperfections in the process. By the time he completed the ceramic, the paint looked like you could jump into it and swim around. Basically he made a 9 year old Porsche look like it just left Stuttgart. I’d recommend Bay Detailing to anyone, superb service
