First time taking my wrapped car to be cleaned by someone else other than me as I've always been very wary of potential damage! But the guys at bridge valeting did a fantastic job and were also very informative about other services they could offer me to add more protection etc, these guys really do seem to care about customers vehicles, not just a quick in and out wash. So will definitely be my go-to from now on!

Today I made appointment turned up and there was another car there I drove to a car park I rang them and they said the owner has his car in the place where the car gets washed so I told the guy I have an appointment can u call me back when the car is moved he said yes, no one called back, i did some shopping still no call back, I rang them no on answered, I drove home and I phoned them the owner said well the guy you spoke to is in my lauceston branch, he said u never came back, I said well I phoned I had to go park my car some where, he said well the guy you spoke to is 17, I said well I can’t see that through the phone, he said u shud of come back o explained the man said ind get a call, he claims he has parking all I could see there was double yellow lines, I think it’s bad customer service and seems to not want to take responsibility I am appalled. If the guy is answering the phone launceston how did he know the owners car was parked in the area for the car wash. Seems muggy.
