Ordered online, item was missing. Reported it to Ryan immediately—was told investigation would take 3 working days. No update for 3 Days but eventually received a refund. The process should have been simpler.

The snow foam is a dreadful product. Simply doesn’t foam adequately or stick to the car. Feel Ripped off.

A great place. Plenty of choice of detailing products. They even had a demonstration on how to clean your car correctly.

I was glad I ignored previous reviews and negative feedback. The service I received a few days ago was second to none and I will returning time and time again. Sharon, sorry if I’ve got this wrong….., was amazing and helped me understand the products and answered the questions I had. Fantastic shop/showroom and well worth popping in if you’re into car detailing and top notch wash products. See you again soon!

The contact form for product queries is forwarded to a team in the US. It took them a week to reply, and all they did was send me links back to the product pages on the website. I've spent a day trying to call the UK number, but it's constantly engaged / off the hook. I can buy something that looks very similar on Amazon for less than a third of the price. I'm trying to give Chemical Guys an opportunity to sell me their products, but apparently they don't want to.

They never replied to my Facebook message asking if the backing plate and polishing pad I wanted to buy were compatible together. The 10% discount code they sent me over email didn't work and I was pretty put out paying £3 delivery despite spending £50+. Most websites have free delivery or free if you spend a certain amount. I like the look of their products but I'm not going to pay £3 every time for delivery every time or deal with people who don't reply. My order arrived in 3 days and the products look fine. I doubt I will order from here again.

I've tried many different product and have always found that chemical guys products are excellent. This newly owned website is great as it finally makes it easier to order the Chemical Guys products in the UK. My order was delivered before the predicted delivery date which was ace! Great Products. Reasonable Prices. Easy to navigate website. Fast Delivery. What more could you want?
