From first contact with Bob, the whole process was easy. He came to my address to see my car and to go over what level of detail was needed. I wasn’t pressured into anything and felt confident that Bob would take great care of the car when in his care. When I collected my car it looked stunning and Bob went over how to best clean the car from now on.
