I wanted to give something special for my husbands birthday. The best money I have spent on anything. Period. As person that does not pay attention to cars in general I was completely reluctant to spend £££ on car revamp but I knew that husband after talking to Ross was hooked. Not only Ross made 10 year old car look like it has been just brought from BMW factory (or honestly even better), but to be honest I'm thinking I didn't pay as much as I should. The amount of time and attention Ross gives to every detail is obscene (in the best possible meaning). It was pure joy for me to go and check out the process and have a chat. As a scientist myself I completely appreciate working with experts in their field and that is what Ross is - MASTER of the trade! What's more he knows similar experts so when it turned out that the bumper had issues Ross and his team of magic car godfathers took care of everything. In the world where details are overlooked it is joy to go into the land of utopia where every little thing counts. The end result of the whole experience is that my husband is happy and by proxy he cleans my car often too. 10/10 would recommend to anybody just to come and check what Detayling can do to your car :)

Ross carried out a full ceramic coating on my Adria motorhome. The service provided was excellent. I was kept informed on progress and encouraged to visit the workshop to see each stage of the work. Any issues that came up were highlighted quickly with solutions offered. I would highly recommend Detayling.

Ross of DeTayling is top class service -- it's like your car going to a luxury grand hotel. Very professional, gives you advice tailored to your car's needs, will show you step by step what he does. Had PPF installed on parts of my car plus refurbisment and coating on wheels. PPF has lifetime warranty and was applied very carefully. Ross knows the chemistry and makes you feel your car's in safe hands.

I never thought I would be lucky enough to own a car like the Golf R Black ed that I got at the start of the year. A dream car for me, I was over the moon. Almost immediately I started noticing fading and light scratching building up with the paint job, which for a petrol head like me was torture. I found DeTayling online, and went in for a chat. I have never experienced such a personalised and detailed service, for anything. What’s more is that you can see clearly how much Ross cares, and the quality of his work reflects that. He walks you through the entire process and is very transparent with costs. He will find a package to suit your needs against budget. From videos, photos, explanations of how things worked and regular updates, it was amazing to see the car go from the slightly worn exterior all the way to looking better than it did in the show room at new. The customer journey was without fault. I could write a lot more here but simply put, I will 100% go back to Ross and DeTayling if I ever am lucky enough to buy another one of the cars on my bucket list. This review is a few months after the work was completed and the car still look show room new, better in fact. It is easy to wash, and the peace of mind knowing I am largely protected against chips and scratches holds immense value for me. If you are a petrol head like me, and you love your car then this is the place.

Ross was incredibly accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Having injured my leg and unable to drive, Ross visited me at home and went through the options for detailing my new car that had just been delivered after an eighteen month wait. He also picked up the car to take to his workshop, picked me up to view the car on completion and brought the car back afterwards. Ross also dealt with minor alloy damage to one wheel by taking it to a local wheel repair company. Having decided on a single stage paint correction, two coat Gyeon ceramic coating and some PPF work, the final results were outstanding! Ross even took me back after two weeks to demonstrate how to correctly wash the car to maintain the coating. The results are worth every penny. It may be tempting to look at cheaper options but the work is carried out by a certified, trained detailer with the option of 5 year and lifetime warranties. Other detailers simply don't offer the level of service DeTayling can. Ross is a consummate perfectionist and craftsman who takes great pride in his work with real attention to every detail from start to finish. Can’t recommend him highly enough.
