⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding work – 5 stars without hesitation! I took my Hyundai Santa Fe with a matte/satin finish to Specialist Detailing for a ceramic coating after it was very poorly prepared by the supplying dealership. Matte paint shows everything, and the condition it arrived in was extremely disappointing. From the first conversation, Specialist Detailing clearly understood the challenges of working with matte finishes and inspired total confidence. They carefully assessed the vehicle, explained exactly what could (and couldn’t) be corrected on a satin finish, and then carried out the work with incredible precision. The difference is night and day. The paint now looks clean, uniform, and perfectly refined, with no added gloss – just a beautifully even, factory-correct satin look. The ceramic coating has also made maintenance so much easier while giving the paint excellent protection. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and knowledge of matte paint is second to none. It’s obvious they take pride in doing things properly, especially when fixing up poor dealership prep. If you have a matte or satin vehicle and want ceramic coating done the right way, I can’t recommend Specialist Detailing highly enough. Absolutely thrilled with the result.

Norris and his team did a full PPF on my Mustang and the result is fantastic. He demonstrated his keen eye for detail by pointing out paintwork imperfections I'd never even noticed. He has excellent communication and he kept me in the loop throughout the whole process with pictures and videos. He even found a puncture and got it repaired. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use him again in the future.
