I had a great experience at this car wash! The staff was friendly, professional, and really took their time. I especially want to thank Mikey — my car had been damaged in an accident, and he was incredibly understanding and careful from the moment I arrived. He treated it with extra attention, focused on all the details, and truly went the extra mile to make it look better than I expected. When I picked it up, it honestly looked more restored and refreshed than it had in a long time. You can tell he really cares about the work he does. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place!

I take my car to spotless because they are friendly and efficient. My car is used like a pick up or van it is very dirty. I arrive early in the morning and leave it. When I pick it up is like a new vehicle. I am very happy, well worth the money

Poor service, booked in for a full valet the month before told to turn up at 8.30 , turned up to shutters down and no one about ,waited 15 mins and tried ringing all I got was an answering machine and no reply since ! Don't waste your time with these unreliable and unprofessional! We have taken our business elsewhere.

Really pleased with a quick wash and tidy up of the outside and door jams. Called about 10am and booked in for 11:30am and all cleaned by 12. Reasonably priced wash for a dirty SUV.

I wish so badly I took pictures. I was too angry and just wanted to get it over with. My husband recommended spotless as they have done his car at our house before. They wouldn’t come to me “because I live too close to town” so I brought my car in 2 weeks ago. It was relatively clean, no trash or mud in the carpeting but I bought it used and wanted a full valet to remove dog hairs from the boot and give it a good scrub and polish inside. I was charged £70 which I was a bit shocked at seeing as it wasn’t filthy. It was in quite good shape except for dog hairs in the boot. I have a station wagon which is apparently an XL car according to them. When I picked it up, I was told the dog hairs were too difficult to pull up and he had to keep going over them. I thought that was strange as they’ve been in this business for nearly 3 decades in a very dog friendly area so should have a way to pull them up. I foolishly paid before giving it a go over. Upon arriving home, I got a much better look and realised the boot didn’t look any different from when I brought the car in, except that it was wet where it had been shampooed. There was no difference in the dog hairs. The floor was shampooed but that was it. The ceiling was covered in hair which easily came up so they could have done that, door frames covered in hair, the handle to pull up the 3rd seats was full of dirt and dog hair so that wasn’t even wiped, the areas where seat belt buckles come out from the carpet were filthy and clearly not even attempted to clean, and the mysterious broken handle to something was sitting on my front seat. It looks like it could be a seat release handle. I didn’t see that until the next day because it was the same colour as the seat. Nobody mentioned this to me. I called a friend who details cars and asked him if this was normal and he told me that any reputable valet business would know how to get the hairs out and would have cleaned better. In the end, I spent an hour using packing tape to pull up all of the hair and had to wipe down areas they missed. Complete waste of money. I texted him about my disappointment in the “Full Valet” job that was done and I did not receive a response. The message was delivered. I won’t be going back, nor will I recommend.
