I had a fantastic experience with Umar at UA Detailing. I spoke with him before taking delivery of a new car as this was the first time I had used such a service and we agreed an action plan with no pressure or upselling and he ensured that I got the most appropriate treatments. Hi knowledge, experience and attention to detail is clear to see and he resolved additional deficiencies as they were uncovered at no cost. The before and after pictures he supplied were amazing as was the additional support in explaining the best cleaning methodology to maintain the ceramic coating, products to use and avoid and the willingness to personally demonstrate the process. It is rare to find someone so professional and enthusiastic in their profession and this is reflected in the result. I would not hesitate to recommend UA Detailing and will be returning soon with a second car for Umar to apply his outstanding skills to.

What a great experience I had with Umar at UA Detailing. He went above and beyond to get my boxster looking absolutely brand new, including cleaning a very difficult spill. His passion for cars and making them look their absolute best is clear to see. Such a professional service and I would highly recommend UA Detailing to anyone looking for a top class valet experience.

The interior now looks fresh with a nice matte finish instead of that overly shiny look. The exterior genuinely doesn’t look like the same car – the gloss and reflection are unreal. Overall, 5-star service at a very reasonable price. I’ve already recommended UA Detailing to family and friends.

My experience with Umar at UA Detailing was great from start to finish. I was a bit cautious about getting detailing work done to my car but after speaking to Umar I realised he was very knowledgeable and not just out to upsell expensive products. I think the photos will speak for themselves with regard to the quality of workmanship. My car has been repainted 2 years ago but the previous owner never had it polished so it did take a fair bit of effort from Umar to achieve this finish. Umar has also given looks of information on aftercare to keep my car looking great.
