Recently took delivery of a white Kia EV9 and wanted to treat it to some detailing and ceramic paint protection. Having looked around, I settled on using Vincent and team at West Midlands Car Detailing. I have to say the experience end to end has been excellent, they explained the process they would take the car through really well gave me a very competitive quote and turned the car round really quickly. The end product is excellent, the paintwork, plastics and wheels look superb. A very professional service and one I would highly recommend.

I contacted West Midlands Car Detailing after purchasing a lightly used MX-5. My only previous experience with paint protection was with Diamond Brite on a Mazda 3. I knew very little about these products and asked for advice, and they were happy to spend time talking me through the various products available, their benefits and costs. Vincent and the team were kind, professional and courteous throughout, with experience on a wide range of cars, including motorsports. They were happy to drop me off while my car was worked on and collected me at the end of the process. I would not hesitate to recommend Vincent and the team.

My black 718 Boxster, that is getting on for 7-years-old, was desperately needing some TLC mainly because I hardly do any mileage in it, and it just sits in the drive. With swirls and fine scratches on the paintwork and annoying green algae around the edge of the soft top, plus me wanting to keep the car for another few years meant that it needed detailing. I did my research and found that there now was a plethora of car detailers around the Birmingham and West Midlands area, and I was concerned that some people may now be jumping on the ‘detailing bandwagon’. I was determined to find someone with an excellent track record, but which one should I choose? I decided on West Midlands Car Detailing for several reasons: (a) their website was clear, easy to navigate, and the pictures on the website showed they were used to detailing Porsches, (b) the cost was reasonable, (c) their excellent Google reviews, and (d) after I had contacted them, Vincent replied almost immediately, and it was on a Sunday. We exchanged emails and Vincent explained what work was required. I booked the car in, and after arriving at the venue he kindly drove me to the nearest railway station so I could get back to Birmingham. During the day he kept me informed about the work he was doing and sent me pictures and a video. I expected the car to be with him about two full days, but he managed to finish it ahead of schedule. The following day he picked me up from the station. He went through in detail (no pun intended) the work he had undertaken and the whole time he was highly professional. Looking at the car, I could see he had done an excellent job, and I was very happy. I would definitely recommend him.
